Product Description

CEQUIN works with Muslim women from the urban unorganised sector. Most of the target women belong to the BPL section of Delhi settled in Jamia and neighboring areas. After months of training and persistence these women are able to make beautiful products in the range of fashion accessory, uncut garments (scarves &stoles), home range, and develop items for children. The approach is to broaden the pool of skilled workers and also to enhance the ability of the trainers through inputs on design and quality, so that they can emerge as master craftswomen. Strategic partnership with NIFT has been initiated to enhance these efforts.
